The transaction, finalized on July 24, 2026, includes 1-800-Plumber +Air of Flower Mound and 1-800-Plumber +Air of Fort Worth under the ownership of Animesh Ramesh. The acquisition reflects continued investment in established markets while strengthening the company’s ability to serve homeowners and businesses throughout the region.
Ramesh entered the ownership process after first connecting with the team on June 8, 2026. Working with consultant Greg Macchia, he completed the acquisition in approximately six weeks. The business will operate through Ruah Ventures LLC, a company Ramesh established specifically for the Flower Mound franchise acquisition. The structured approach to the transaction and the pace at which it was completed demonstrated a focused commitment to entering the home services industry.
Ramesh’s professional background combines software engineering and finance, providing experience in technical systems, business analysis, and financial decision making. His career includes work as a senior software engineer in the Dallas Fort Worth area as well as previous experience at Citibank and Interactive Brokers Group. That combination of technical and financial expertise supports the operational, analytical, and management responsibilities required to lead a home services business. During the acquisition process, he also demonstrated an emphasis on business systems and operational planning.
