1-800-Plumber +Air is thrilled to announce the addition of new franchise owner, Haroon Wardak, who will be launching operations across four key territories in Northern Virginia, including Manassas, Centreville, Ashburn, and Leesburg.
Haroon officially signed his franchise agreement on December 10, 2025, following his initial meeting with the corporate team on October 1, 2025. The partnership was facilitated through the FranServe broker network, with Al Osgood serving as the broker representative.
Before joining 1-800-Plumber +Air, Haroon built a successful career as a consultant, leading government teams and managing complex operations. Looking to transition into business ownership, Haroon had long been interested in the plumbing and HVAC industries. After exploring several franchise options, he quickly recognized the value and opportunity that 1-800-Plumber +Air provides. He appreciated the company’s strong support system, high-quality training, and the dual-service model that combines both plumbing and HVAC under one brand.
“This is the second deal we’ve completed this year with a new consultant from FranServe who attended our Learn and Earn event back in March,” said the corporate team. “This particular agreement is the largest so far, covering four service areas.”
