His background also includes time as a Chief Perfusionist, reflecting a career built in high accountability environments where precision and performance are critical. In his current role, Tom has achieved significant financial success, earning over $360,000 annually, while also building strong liquidity to support his transition into business ownership.
Tom brings a rare combination of white collar sales expertise and blue collar business understanding. Having previously owned a business, he understands both operational execution and customer acquisition. His approach to this opportunity has been methodical and disciplined. He has reviewed the Franchise Disclosure Document multiple times, asked detailed questions, and validated the model by connecting with existing owners across the system.
His strengths align closely with the needs of a growing home services business. Tom is highly consultative in his sales approach, focused on building trust, educating customers, and closing based on value. He also brings leadership experience, with the ability to train, mentor, and develop teams as the business scales.
