Vasu has been awarded three territories covering key communities in the western and northwest suburbs of Chicago, marking an important expansion for the brand in Illinois.
Vasu lives in Naperville, where he has been a resident for the past twelve years and has built strong personal and professional connections throughout the area. His service area will include both Naperville and Schaumburg, allowing him to bring reliable plumbing and HVAC services to a broad customer base. The agreement was signed on January 22, 2026, following initial discussions that began on December 10, 2025. The purchase represents a new franchise territory investment.
Vasu brings more than twenty years of experience as an IT software professional, including time spent as a manager and director. He holds two master’s degrees, one in computer science and another in business administration. While his background is rooted in technology, his long term goal has been to transition into business ownership within the HVAC industry. After exploring other opportunities, including insurance, he decided that the home services sector offered the right combination of stability, growth potential, and community impact.
In addition to his professional career, Vasu has served as a homeowners association president, where he developed leadership skills and a wide local network. He is a high net worth individual and is authorized to work and own a business anywhere in the United States under his H4 EAD status. Although he is new to operating a service business, he is committed to learning the trade, building a strong team, and following proven systems to establish a trusted local operation.
