Ibraheem, a self-employed CPA, brings financial discipline, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of business fundamentals. His brother, Bassam, currently serves as a business development manager for a major cellular company and brings energy, strategy, and relationship-driven sales experience. Both have also spent time working inside an HVAC company, giving them firsthand knowledge of the industry they’re about to lead in.
Their decision to join 1-800-Plumber +Air was driven by a clear understanding of the opportunity in front of them. They recognized the need for professional, reputable service providers in their area—and were drawn to our model for its combination of plumbing and HVAC under one brand, along with its recession-resistant, AI-resistant, and needs-based foundation.

They attended every validation meeting on time and even made the trip to our Long Island location to see day-to-day operations up close.
